The Ternopil Regional Council Institution “Museum of the National Liberation Struggle of Ternopil Region” was established, at the initiative of public organizations, by the Ternopil Regional Council on November 6, 2018.
The purpose of its activities is to preserve and study monuments of historical, material and spiritual culture associated with the national liberation struggle of the Ukrainian people, to interest citizens in national history and historical and cultural heritage. The main areas of activity are scientific research and cultural and educational work, which is carried out in the collection, preservation, study and use of monuments of history, material and spiritual heritage associated with the struggle for Ukrainian statehood.
